Status of this document
This Refund Policy restates Articles 7 to 9 of the Paid Service Terms as a practical, procedure-oriented guide. It forms part of those Terms. Where this document and the Terms differ, whichever is more favourable to the user applies. This policy follows the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc., the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, Etc., the Framework Act on Consumers, and the Consumer Dispute Resolution Criteria published by the Korea Fair Trade Commission. Nothing in it limits a user's statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation.
One-minute summary
Q. Can I get a refund? · If you have not yet tapped "Start analysis" → full refund within 7 days. · Even if you have tapped it → you can currently still get a refund within 7 days. For the restriction to apply we must first provide a free preview or equivalent pre-purchase information, which we have not yet implemented (see "Current status" in section 1-2). Once we do, refunds will still be available within 3 months where no output was produced or it differed from what was advertised. · Pass (subscription) → cancel any time. Full refund if you used no benefits; otherwise only what you used is deducted. No penalty. Q. Where do I apply? · Paid via App Store / Google Play → apply to that store first (section 3-A) · Paid by card, bank transfer or simple payment (PG) → apply to our customer support (section 3-B) · Store refused? → we refund you directly (section 4) Q. Do you deduct fees? · No. We deduct nothing — no payment gateway fees, no operating costs — and we charge no penalty for withdrawal. Q. How long does it take? · PG payments: refunded within 3 business days of confirming the ground. If we are late, we add delay damages at 15% per annum. · For card payments, the issuer may take a further 3–7 business days to reflect the cancellation.
1. When can I get a refund (withdrawal criteria)
1-1. General rule — withdrawal within 7 days You may withdraw within 7 days of receiving the electronic document setting out the contract terms (or, if supply is later, within 7 days of supply commencing). (Article 17(1), Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.) 1-2. When withdrawal is restricted Where you personally tapped an express execution button such as "Start analysis" or "Unlock" and generation of the output has begun, withdrawal of that portion is not available without the Company's agreement. (Article 17(2)5 of the same Act) To rely on that restriction we must take all of the following steps. If we have not, you may withdraw regardless of whether you executed the item. (Article 17(6) of the same Act) · Clearly stating, on the payment screen and immediately before the execution button, that withdrawal is restricted once executed · Providing a free preview (sample output) before payment. Where a preview is impracticable, giving specific information before payment about the type, format, length and delivery method of the content Current status — important As at the effective date of this policy we have not yet implemented the second measure (a free preview or equivalent pre-purchase information). Accordingly, until we implement it and notify it on the payment screen, the restriction does not apply even if you have already tapped "Start analysis", and you may withdraw within 7 days. We will give advance notice on this page and in the app of the fact and date on which that measure takes effect. 1-3. Cases where you are refunded even after executing · Portions not delivered — unused coupons, unexecuted items in a multi-item package, Pass periods not yet begun: withdrawable at any time (proviso to Article 17(2)5 — divisible content). · Performance differing from what was stated — no output generated, unable to view because of a server error, content differing from the indication or advertisement, material errors: withdrawable within 3 months of supply or within 30 days of learning of the fact, with costs borne by the Company (Article 17(3)). · Delivery failure attributable to the Company — where registered-mail support fails because of a Company system error or transmission omission, we refund the full fee for that item. · Payments by minors — a payment made by a person under 19 without the consent of their legal representative may be cancelled under Article 5 of the Civil Act; on verification we refund in full. 1-4. No obligation to return On withdrawal in respect of digital content, you are not required to return outputs already received. (Proviso to Article 18(1) of the same Act)
2. Cancelling the Pass and pro-rata refunds
2-1. You may cancel at any time The Pass is a continuing transaction, so you may cancel at any point during the contract period. Cancellation is no more complex than sign-up, and we do not delay it or require a particular channel. 2-2. How to cancel — depends on how you paid · Subscribed via PG: contact customer support (email hello@floticinfo.com or phone +82-10-4831-4686); we process it on receipt and tell you the outcome. Requests are accepted 24/7. Where an in-app Pass management screen is provided, you may also cancel there. · iOS in-app purchase: [Settings] → [Apple Account] → [Subscriptions] → Bok → [Cancel Subscription] · Android in-app purchase: Google Play → [Profile] → [Payments & subscriptions] → [Subscriptions] → Bok → [Cancel subscription] 2-3. Please note — deleting the app does not cancel your subscription Deleting the app or closing your Bok account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel separately in the store screens above; otherwise the next cycle's fee continues to be charged. 2-4. Calculating the refund · No benefits used → full refund of that cycle's fee · Some benefits used → only the value of what you used is deducted; the balance is refunded - Precision analysis package used with a free coupon: KRW 2,900 deducted per item - Discounts applied: the difference between list price and amount actually paid - If deductions equal or exceed the amount paid, no refund; if less, the difference is refunded - We will never charge you more than you have already paid. · Only ancillary features used → pro-rata refund for the remaining days, applying whichever is more favourable to you · No penalty is charged. · Service discontinued for reasons attributable to us → full refund for the remaining period plus compensation 2-5. Price increases and conversion to paid Before raising a price or converting a free item to a paid one, we must, under Article 21-2 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc., notify you in advance of the price before and after, the effective date and how to withdraw consent, and obtain your consent before charging. If you do not consent, the previous fee is maintained or auto-renewal stops; if an increased amount is charged without consent, we refund the difference in full.
3. Where to apply (channels by payment route)
Payments for Bok take one of two routes, and the party with authority to execute a refund differs between them. You can check your route at [Settings] → [Payment history]; if you are unsure, contact us and we will check for you. 3-A. In-app purchase (IAP) — App Store / Google Play Here Apple Inc. or Google LLC bills, collects, and reviews and executes refunds. We have no technical ability to cancel or refund a store transaction from our own systems. Where to apply · Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com or [Settings] → [Apple Account] → [Media & Purchases] → [Purchase History] → the item → [Report a Problem] · Google Play: play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory or the refund request form in Google Play Help What we do · Promptly supply the payment date and time, product, and whether delivery commenced. · We do not oppose legitimate refund requests before the store. · Explain how to apply and, where needed, communicate our consent to the refund to the store on your behalf. 3-B. PG payment — card, bank transfer, simple payment, etc. Here we refund you directly. Any of the following channels works identically, and we do not require a particular one. · In-app: [Settings] → [Customer Support] · Email: hello@floticinfo.com · Phone: +82-10-4831-4686 (weekdays 09:00–18:00 KST; requests accepted 24/7) It helps to tell us the payment date, product name, payment method and reason. If details are missing we will verify from the payment record ourselves, and we will not refuse to accept a request for lack of documentation.
4. If the store refuses (our subsidiary responsibility)
A store's own refund policy does not displace the statutory right of withdrawal you have against us. So if you meet the conditions in section 1 but · the store refused your refund, or · the store's application window has passed, or · you missed the store's window because we were slow to advise you, you may apply directly to our customer support, and we will refund you on the basis in section 5 (3 business days, no deduction), irrespective of our settlement position with the store. Attaching the store's refusal message speeds things up, but if you cannot provide it we will verify the store transaction ourselves, and we will not refuse a refund for lack of documentation.
5. How long it takes and how much you get back
5-1. Processing time We refund within 3 business days of confirming the withdrawal or refund ground. For digital content the period runs from the day you withdrew. (Article 18(2), Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.) If we are late, we also pay delay damages at 15% per annum for the period of delay, as prescribed by the Enforcement Decree of that Act. 5-2. No deductions On a refund following withdrawal we deduct no amount of any kind — payment gateway fees, system usage fees, operating costs or otherwise — and we claim no penalty or damages by reason of withdrawal. (Article 18(9) of the same Act) Note: the clause deducting "PG fees and system usage fees" in the terms in force before August 8, 2026 has been deleted and is not applied even to payments made before that date. 5-3. Refund method by payment type · Credit and debit cards — we request cancellation of the authorisation without delay; the time it is reflected (typically 3–7 business days) depends on the card issuer. · Bank transfer and virtual accounts — paid into the account you designate. · Simple payment — following that provider's cancellation procedure. · Portions paid with coupons or accrued benefits — restored in the same form. · In-app purchases — through the store's refund process, or by our direct refund under section 4. 5-4. Notification We notify you of receipt and of the outcome (approval or refusal and the reason). Where we refuse, we state the specific clause and facts relied on.

Effective date
This Refund Policy takes effect on August 8, 2026 (announced July 29, 2026). Because it introduces and changes terms in the user's favour, it also applies, to the extent more favourable to the user, to payments made before the effective date.
